buildout on windows: issue starting zope as a service

Hi all
I have set up buildout on an installed-by-windows-installer Plone 3.1.4
Basically it works, but then I also have set up the service to start it.

If I start zope as a service, then the buildout instance will not be able to
pick any added egg.
If I start it running bin\instance fg, it does pick them.

How does this sound? anybody else experienced it?
I followed the how-tos on plone.org, actually setting up the service was
very straightforward.... but then I did not get it working.

thanks&bye
Lucia

What permissions?
Sorry for such question.... do you mean a file system permission?

Re: buildout on windows: issue starting zope as a service

In reply to this post by alan runyan-2
I found the following article:
http://plone.org/documentation/error/permission-denied-python-eggs
and followed the suggestion, but this did not change anything.

Can't understand what permission I should check...
